Positive. When we talk about impact in the charity sector we actually mean ‘intended impact’. Of course, negative and unintended impacts also occur and shouldn’t be ignored. But in working with charities we are usually stating what we want to happen.Long-term. If ‘impact’ means something sustained, then we have to have a way of getting data from people after our work is done—potentially long into the future. In practice this means longitudinal research, which is the hardest and most costly type of research to do.

STORY
KUNAFA STORY
All in the story
The history of kanafah dates back to ancient times dating back thousands of years to become a part of the heritage of the Arab peoples. It was a gift presented to princes and kings at the beginning of its appearance and passed through the ages and generations among all groups of the society. It was said that the makers of sweets in the Levant were invented, invented and presented specifically to Muawiya ibn Abi Sufyan, the first successors of the Umayyad state. His time was for the Sham - as food for Suhoor to prevent the hunger that he felt during the day in Ramadan, Muawiya loved food and complained to his doctor about the hunger he received during fasting. The doctor called him a kanafah to prevent hunger. It was said that Mu'awiyah ibn AbiSufian was the first to make kanafa from the Arabs, so that her name was associated with him and became known as "Knafeh Muawiyah".In another novel, it is said that the kanafa was made specifically for Sulayman ibn Abd al-Malik al-Umayyid. It is also said that the history of the kanafa dates back to the Mamluks who ruled Egypt from 1250-1517 AD, and also to the Fatimid period. However, the professors of Islamic history point out that the history of the kanafa dates back to the Fatimid period (969- 1172 AD) and (358-567 AH). Their rule included Egypt, Morocco, and the Levant, which were known by the Egyptians before the Levant. Caliph al-Mu'izz Ladin Allah Fatimid Cairo, and it was the month of Ramadan, and the people went to receive him after breakfast and are quick to provide gifts to him and among what they presented Kanafh as a manifestation of honor, and then moved to the Levant by merchants. And the people of Mecca are stuffed with cheese without salt, and they were the favorite cheese on the other species, and the people of Nablus excelled in the knifes of cheese until it became famous and known as the Nabulsa, Sham is the most famous in the manufacture of different forms of finery, there are brominated and crystalline and Australian and abandoned. The kanafa took its place among the types of sweets invented by the Fatimids, and those who do not eat them during the normal days, must be dealt with during Ramadan, and then became the customs associated with the month of Ramadan in the Ayyubid, Mamluk, Turkish, modern and contemporary times, as food for all rich and poor, which earned them their popular character.

We chose the orientation of the work of the logo in the form of a manuscript in order to fit the Islamic style and this path we have taken to build the brand, the Arabic calligraphy of the finest lines in the way of writing and shaping and decoration and this was characterized by the era of the Umayyad and Abbasid state and indicates that the inscription in the building at that time and this is the time of appearance Knaava and we started to build the identity in this form and the sense at this time and mixing the element of modernity at the same time to fit the direction of Kunafa story.

It was important to make the consumer from the first look of the brand feel the quality of the product and to consider the product with the modern product mixed with the old to give a new spirit of experience.

The secret of Kunafa story is to create modern cuisine that adapts to the taste of kanafa by combining elements of new desserts with popular kanafa to give it a contemporary taste.

CHARCOAL
Coconut shells as an important raw material are widely used for making charcoal in the world, in particular in the developing countries such as India, Malaysia etc. In turn, coconut shell charcoal is used in many fields by reason of its advantages and important features. For instance, coconut shell charcoal could be powdered and used for making granular activated carbon. It also could be used by goldsmiths, blacksmiths and in laundries. What is more, coconut shell charcoal is recognized as one of the best fuels for cooking because of its pleasant smell. There are some advantages of using coconut shell charcoal briquettes. Firstly, it is completely eco-friendly product, which is produced from sustainable natural resources. The ash content of the coconut shells is around 0.6% and the lignin is about 36.5%, what helps to turn the shell into briquettes fairly easily. As a result less ash is produced to the environment during burning. In addition, these briquettes are very safe to use and easy to ignite. The coconut shell charcoal briquettes do not emit any toxic gases, so it is safe to use it for outdoor cooking as well. In general, because of its high level of calorific value the briquettes can be used in food and metallurgy industries, as stove fuel etc.So, coconut shells are good raw materials to produce coconut shell charcoal. The process of converting shells to charcoal includes removing all the moisture from the raw material in a limited supply of air. It requires a special charcoal drum to carbonize the coconut shells and produce high quality charcoal. The coconut shell charcoal is widely used in food and metallurgy industries. It is also an excellent raw material source to manufacture activated carbon.

The name of the name indicates the center of the Earth and the major energy in the Earth in general, and this is why the name and its connection to coal are both sources of energy. The basic component of the logo is the temperature symbol, we found it to be the optimal symbol for energy indication.
